COVERAGE OF ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT FOR ADULT PATIENTS FROM 1 January 2022
As of 1 January 2022, health insurance companies have excluded adult patients (after reaching the age of 22) from coverage of orthodontic treatment. A patient older than 22 years receiving orthodontic treatment pays not only for the material consumed, but also for the procedure itself.
